Fee Schedule

Arrha Credit Union offer members who are either 65 years of age or older, or 18 years of age or younger a savings and checking account that includes no monthly maintenance fees, free standard checks, and reduced or waived fees on certain services. Please note that this account is not eligible for Member Rewards. In accordance with G.L. c. 171, s. 32B. —also known as the “18/65 Law”—we do not impose any fee, charge, or other assessment on the checking accounts of individuals within these age groups. However, a reasonable charge may be applied if a payment is refused due to insufficient funds; our fee in such cases does not exceed $5.00 per check. To receive these benefits, eligible members must notify Arrha Credit Union either when opening an account or at any point they become eligible.
