95th Annual Meeting

In accordance with the Bylaws, Arrha Credit Union held its 95th annual meeting on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 145 Industry Avenue, Springfield location. Michael Ostrowski, President & CEO, welcomed everyone to the annual meeting and provided an update that included staff appreciation, focus on continued growth, personalized member service, and new branch location. Staff were applauded for their excellent member service and for sharing the latest Arrha technology with members to keep them safe and support their busy lives.


Chairman Todd Cieplinski thanked everyone for attending and recognized staff and Directors for their hard work and dedication. Jodi Turati, Director, recognized two $1,000 scholarships awarded this year to worthy students based on scholastic merit and civic achievement. 


Michael Ostrowski, President & CEO, concluded his annual meeting remarks by expressing gratitude to everyone for their dedication, attendance, and anticipation of another successful year ahead. Chairman Todd Cieplinski ended the meeting by thanking members for their trust in the staff and executive team.


2025 Anthony J. Serafino Scholarships

Jodi Turati, Director, and Scholarship Committee Chair along with Elizabeth Lewis, Director & Scholarship Committee Member recognized two $1,000 scholarship awardees for their scholastic merit and civic achievement.


Criteria used to evaluate the applicants were scholastic achievement, must be a senior high school student, must be a member of Arrha Credit Union or student whose parent is a member; outside activities, community endeavors, and intention to attend a two-year or four-year, degree-granting college or university. All applications and transcripts had to be submitted no later than at the end of business on March 3, 2025. As scholarship winners, we invited them to stop by the credit union and if they open up a checking account, the credit union will deposit $100 into their account.


The following applicants were selected as recipients of the 2025 Anthony J. Serafino Scholarship:


1. Jordyn Rossi, West Springfield High School.

2. Mia Culver, Longmeadow High School.
