Here are answers to some common questions. 

  • Who can be a Member?

    Membership with Arrha Credit Union is open to anyone who lives or works in Hampden, Hampshire or Franklin counties in Massachusetts, and Hartford and Tolland counties in Connecticut, and immediate family members.

  • Do I need an appointment to go inside a branch?

    No, you can register to join online or stop by one of our branch locations located in Springfield, MA, West Springfield, MA and Enfield, CT.

  • How do I download Arrha's mobile apps?

    View your balances, transactions, transfer money, pay bills, all from the convenience of your computer or Apple/Android mobile device.  Learn more and download the mobile apps.

  • How do I sign up for Direct Deposit?

    It's Easy as 1, 2, & 3.  Download the direct deposit brochure to submit to your employer or depositing party to have your Direct Deposit or preauthorized credit processed to your Arrha Checking or Savings Account.



  • What is a credit union?

    A credit union is a cooperative financial institution, owned and controlled by its members. Credit unions typically serve groups of people who have something in common—where they live, work, or attend church, for example. Becoming a member of a credit union carries power because credit unions are not-for-profit, and exist to provide members with a place to save money and get loans at reasonable rates.

  • Can I use an Arrha Debit Card when traveling internationally?

    The Arrha Credit Union Debit Card is available for international use.  Simply call us at 413.732.9812 to let us know prior to your travels or log into your Home Banking profile and enter your travel dates.

With an Arrha ATM or Debit Card you can access your accounts at any SUM network ATM locations surcharge free. Find a location near you.

Order Checks

To order new checks, simply mail in your check order form, email us at [email protected], or visit any branch location.

ACH

You can have money credited or debited to your Arrha Credit Union account from any outside vendor by supplying them with your account number and the Arrha Credit Union routing number, which is #211885917.

eChecks

Home Banking members can now see images of cancelled checks written by them in our Home Banking environment. Just click on the hyper-linked cancelled check number to view the front and back of cancelled checks.

eStatements

Register Now for eStatements which are conveniently located in Home Banking. Simply log into your Home Banking profile and choose the eStatements tab. A window will pop up for you to accept, review disclosure, and click "I agree." When your next statement is ready, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the eStatements sign-on screen, where you will retrieve your statement.

BILLPAY

With BILLPAY, you have the ability to pay your bills any time you want online. The only requirement is to have a checking account and be an Arrha Credit Union online member.

Notary

Notary services are available, free of charge, to all of our members.

Payroll Deduction Service

The Credit Union provides a Payroll Deduction Service that transfers funds from your payroll to any of your accounts. The Payroll Deduction Service can be used to pay your Credit Union loan or fund a Club Account, or transfer funds to a second Arrha Credit Union account.
