Existing Members
Existing Arrha Credit Union, A division of BrightBridge Credit Union, members will continue to use Arrha online and mobile banking for checking and savings products, and existing loan products. All new applications for lending products and credit cards will be made through BrightBridge either online or at any branch, including the Springfield area branches. Existing and new business accounts and commercial lending will remain with the Springfield area commercial team.
Merger FAQs
I’m an existing Arrha member, will my account number change?
No. At this time, your account number will remain the same. If your account number needs to be changed when the system conversion takes place in Summer 2026, we will walk you through the process. Your money will always be available to you and your transactions will be processed as usual.
How do I access my account online?
Existing Arrha members will be able to access their accounts online or by using the Arrha mobile app (available to Arrha members who joined prior to January 1, 2026). For members joining after January 1, 2026, you may enroll in BrightBridge online banking and download the BrightBridge mobile app. Please visit www.brightbridge.com/online for more information.
Will my Arrha checks still be honored or will I have to order new checks?
Your existing Arrha checks will be honored, so you do not need to order new ones until you run out.
Will I have to change the routing number for my direct deposit, bill payments, automatic transfers, etc.?
No. Deposits and payments using Arrha’s routing number – 211885917 – will continue to be processed.
How do I sign up for Direct Deposit?
Existing Arrha members can continue to set up direct deposits or payments using your existing account and routing numbers.
Can I use an Arrha Debit Card when traveling internationally?
Your Arrha Credit Union Debit Card is available for international use. Simply call us at (877) 732-9812 to let us know prior to your travels or log into your online banking profile and enter your travel dates.

Do I need to visit a branch to open a new account?
Existing members adding accounts may open them at the branch you normally use or through online banking or the mobile app.
How do I apply for a loan, mortgage or credit card?
Members can apply online here or by visiting any branch.
Can I still use my Arrha debit/ATM and credit cards?
Yes, you may continue to use your Arrha debit/ATM and credit card as you normally do.
Will there be any changes to the loan I currently have with Arrha?
No. Your current loan rates and terms will remain unchanged.
Will there be any changes to my existing certificate of deposit rates or terms?
All existing certificates of deposits terms will remain the same until maturity.
Can I still reach out to the team members I know from Arrha?
Yes. You will continue to be welcomed by the same trusted team members at the same branch locations you visit today.
Will my accounts continue to be insured?
Yes! 100% of your deposited funds are protected. The NCUA insures the first $250,000 of each account, with all additional amounts insured through Massachusetts Share Insurance Corporation (MSIC), so your entire balance is safe with us!
Can I bank at BrightBridge branches?
No. We encourage you to bank at the branch you normally visit until the system conversion in Summer 2026. If you have an emergent need, please escalate to Branch Support to attempt resolution.
Can I use BrightBridge ATMs surcharge-free?
Yes, you can use all ATMs at BrightBridge branches to make surcharge-free withdrawals.
